About the event
Over the years, our students have crafted incredible pieces—some cherished, some forgotten. This workshop gives you the chance to choose from these hidden gems, glaze them, and make them your own for R100 entry (for this workshop, the rest of the day participation is free) ✨ How it Works:
Browse our collection of beautiful unclaimed bisque pieces.
Select a piece (priced between R50 – R250 depending on size and style).
We’ll guide you through choosing a dip glaze and applying it. (You'll need about 30 - 60minutes.)
We’ll fire your piece, ready for collection in 6 weeks.
💡 Make an evening of it! Stay on to enjoy our Student Showcase 2025 Opening Evening; watch our students and teachers compete in the Potter’s Challenge (5 PM)—a lighthearted contest to see who can pull the longest handle!
🎶 And as the sun sets… join us for an evening of Live Music with Amy Ayanda (6 PM), followed by vinyl tunes in the 196 Listening Room, a bar, and finger food.
